Message: I work for the Downstairs Cabaret Theatre, so I'm not able to attend a lot of the events I see on your calendar because I work weekends, but since you're looking for suggestions I think the comedy show The Male Intellect; an oxymoron? would be a nice, casual event.  The show is only an hour and a half and you can get drinks or desserts at concessions to take into the theatre with you since it's table/chair style seating.  Since I work in the Marketing Office I could even offer a $5 discount for all RATS that get tickets during the month of December.  Just email me if you have questions. Message: We just moved to Park Ave as well, it is a great place to live! It was more expensive than our previous apt, but twice as big. But the location more than makes up for it.
